Can’t wait for this summer! It’s almost here. The air is fresh and smells of Jasmine. Enjoy these pretty glass flowers. They give me a spring in my step. Ha - that’s a bad one. Cheesy i know.

…..Most people would think not. I think these are pretty stylish. No?  They are glass too which makes them even more desirable.

Sun sun sun, the whole weekend it was beautiful, i had some time to spend on my terrace potting around my plants - such lovely weather and today it is so windy and seriously cold. 1 deg cel.  yikes. These buttons remind me of a public swimming pool in the 50’s. dunno why but they make me want to put a one piece on with some crazy sunnies and get out that tanning lotion . Summer come already!

yummy blue and gold.  The top ones are a very interesting diamond shaped shank type kinda like beads ( but i wont insult them like that ) Love the gold trimming. The gold flower is just simple and pretty.

Thank god we found 4 of these babies otherwise i would really have to fight pants for these.

Okay so imagine me talking in a creepy gollum voice . …. It’s exactly the way i feel about the next few buttons i will be posting over the next few days. They are all glass, like this Cameo…. Wowza Trousers (as a ginger friend of mine said this morning) All of the buttons in the next few posts are most of the odzies i found in Hammond .

Okay i stopped saying wow after like 5 mins in this place. Pants and i came to this place called Hammond in town. It is button heaven, i went into a button coma,  i couldn’t even speak. We were there for a few hours and it felt like 5 minutes. Some of the most amazing buttons you have ever seen.  We walked out with one huge bag full of old vintage buttons, old button cards and awesome glass buttons. Yikes i can’t wait to go back again we didn’t even go through a quarter of the stash they have in there. Pants and i want to share the button love look at the next post to see what you can win.

Look what stubs got in a package today. OMG! Thank you for letting me enjoy the ‘package opening feeling’ - even though not my package. Who would ever give up 2 of the light blue ones on the left? Angie would, she must love me. Thanks stubs for sharing these awesomes with me.

its been a while, i hope everyone had an awesome festive season. i sure did! i ate and ate and tanned and relaxed and ate. Could almost eat these little glass gems below. Pants bought them for me for Christmas. Pretty rad they are. I don’t have any glass buttons. I think i should start my collection, starting now!
