Sorry no posts for the last few days i’ve been in Paris - (Ha like i have a blog following already) - ya right…. But for real i am in Paris. So i thought of posting some “trendy” dresses…..Until i find buttons in Paris of coarse……Imagine what buttons you could put on these beautiful dress gems?

I am that much of an addict that i need to smother my desktop with buttons too. Somehow i just can’t get enough! If you are as mad as me about the little guys you can download the wall paper here and there are 4 different types of button icons here ( for PC & Mac )

My sister lives in Canada and she sent me a whole zip lock bag of buttons. Here are my favourites.

My sister made this for me, she found a cut off of the black and white fabric in a fabric store and sewed buttons on. How sweet. i hang it up in my office at work to remind me of her. x x

I took my mom’s face appart - That i did for migrate magazine last year. Here are the two jars filled of buttons it took to make this face. Sorry Ma i had to -It was taking up space and in all honesty i wanted the buttons back.

i need to figure out how to sort this monstrosity out -  i have bought a few utility boxes - but i need more….. and then how do i sort these gems out - into what groups??? how?

I inherited most of these buttons from my great granny, granny and mom. Lucky me!

i was thinking of doing some sort of button embroidery like this, for my wedding dress. My sister said she would do it for me.
