okay If you have been following my blog for a while you will know my ultimate button to collect is what i call the ‘Badly printed shank collection’. These are my favourite type to collect because they are so unusual and most of the time have really bad prints on a white shank (that’s how i got to the name, obvs)  Over the next few days im going to share my favourites with you, most of them i bought in a shop in New york. BTW did i mention im going back there in May (YAY!)

These are my favouritest buttons of all time EVA in the history of my favourite buttons. My heart stopped when i saw these and i swear i would do anything for them if they weren’t mine. Karen you did good my friend. So So good, im in debt to you for life. Thank you for the Rolls Royce of birthday presents. Ps: these will be kept in a safe for no one to touch. This photo will be the closest you get to them.

Hi guys, had such a nice/busy weekend hope you all had a goodie too. I was playing around with a whole packet of buttons yesterday and found these two combinations, very cool don’t you think. My favourite colours yum, they remind me of ice cream.

Remember these yellow ones from my last post that i found in Hospice, well its so funny how i found these exact buttons in green (which i got from Parys) They are identical. YAY Button BFFs. it feels like im rejoining a family that has apart for years. ( something like Fievel goes west / Who remembers that movie? It was my favourite movie grwoing up and i always just used to fast forward to the end where everyone is happy and safe.

My latest button obsession have been with glass buttons. Found these not so long ago. I am so flippen in love with everything about these. The colours, the detail, simplicity, the style, the size, good lookingness, prettyness, awesomeness…… i can go on, but ill save you the awkwardness, it might get a little weird. expressing my love for buttons out loud.

How amazing are these littles, i could just sew them to the shirt i am wearing now and never take it off. Might trade these for my new husband, although im more in love with him, so maybe not. This is me getting all Mushy mushy on V day. heee. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Look what stubs got in a package today. OMG! Thank you for letting me enjoy the ‘package opening feeling’ - even though not my package. Who would ever give up 2 of the light blue ones on the left? Angie would, she must love me. Thanks stubs for sharing these awesomes with me.

Bought these babies in New York too. Holy Moly never seen anything like them - So i did, i had to have them.
